Medicaid Waiver
The Medicaid Waiver program is managed by the State of Indiana. Participants of the Medicaid Waiver program must also participate in the Medicaid program and qualify for care services for Activities of Daily Life (ADL). ADLs could include assistance with bathing, dressing, medication assistance, and more. Additional requirements can be discussed with The Leland Admission Staff.

Assisted Living Level of Care
For those residents who require additional assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and medication, we offer customized levels of care to meet your needs. Resident’s needs are assessed prior to moving in and follow-up up assessments are done on a regular basis.
